Camp & Swim team registration will start April 8, 2011 after 3PM.

Important swim team dates: 
June 6th: All-Stars timing "intra-squad" meet; arrive at 4:45
June 9th: First home vs. Briar Meadow and team picture; arrive at 4:30 (wear team t-shirt)
June 13th: Home meet; arrive at 5:00
June 15th: Individual pictures- more info TBD
June 16th: Home meet; arrive at 5:00
June 20th: Away meet vs. Briar Meadow; warm-up at 5:30
June 26th: Invitational
June 27th: Team Banquet at the Clubhouse at 6 pm

Take Westpark Drive west to Hillcroft. Turn right on Hillcroft. Turn left on Richmond. Turn left at the first opportunity which is Freshmeadows. The pool is immediately on your left. Please note that the speed limit is 20 MPH on this street and you will be right on top of people letting kids out of their vehicles as soon as you turn on Freshmeadows. Parking is available along Freshmeadows. Please be sure to not block anyone's driveway. Concessions are available at Briarmeadow. You will need to bring chairs. The wading pool is closed during meets.

Directions for Registration:
Please follow the directions to register for Camp and/or Swim Team (see below):

Step1:
Create an account (or login if you already have an account) to this website.
You will then be logged in and ready to proceed.
 
Step 2:

Include the Household Information and Medical & Emergency Information.

Add/update parent information - please include correct email address.

Add the children you may wish to register, or update from previous years if they are already in the system.

For Swim Team: You must also sign up for at least 2 volunteer positions. Please check your calendar and add these dates to it when you are registering. If you realize later that you cannot honor your volunteer time, you are responsible for finding your replacement AND please notify Tina Bradshaw: tinabradshaw@mac.com

Step 3:
Register each child by clicking the registration link for Camp or Swim Team next to the child's name.
Please be sure to "Edit" the profile of each child from previous years so that we have their correct size of t-shirt for this year.
 
Step 4:
Swim team notes: To order the pizza party, swim caps and extra t-shirts
Visit the Special Purchases Page for event tickets and special items like additional t-shirts or swim caps.
Remember each child will receive a free t-shirt with their swim team registration. Use the "Special Purchases" tab to sign up for the Pizza Party, order any extra t-shirts you may want, and to order a swim cap.
 
Step 5:
Finally, go to your shopping cart and pay.
YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED UNTIL YOU CLICK ON THE SHOPPING CART AND PAY. PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT TO VERIFY THAT PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED AND PROCESS.
