Camp registration will continue throughout the summer.  If you wish to add additional weeks or punch cards please do so through your account.  If you are registering for the first time, please make sure you turn in a liability form prior to sending your child to camp.

Take Westpark Drive west to Hillcroft.   Turn right on Hillcroft.   Turn left on Richmond.  Turn left at the first opportunity which is Freshmeadows.   The pool is immediately on your left.  Please note that the speed limit is 20 MPH on this street and you will be right on top of people letting kids out of their vehicles as soon as you turn on Freshmeadows.   Parking is available along Freshmeadows.   Please be sure to not block anyone's driveway. Concessions are available at Briarmeadow.   You will need to bring chairs.   The wading pool is closed during meets.

The swim club property is located at 1111 Afton Street (77055). To reach the club from I-10, go north (right) on Antoine, go east (right) on Tickner, and the club is located at Tickner and Afton Street, with the entrance on the Afton side of the property.   You can park on Tickner, but please be courteous and do not block anyone's driveway.  You will be asked to move your car if you do Afton Village does have a park area as part of the swim club.   Be sure to bring chairs and bug spray.  There is a wading pool, but it is closed during meets.   Concessions are available.

Step1:
Create an account  (or login if you already have an account) to this website.
You will then be logged in and ready to proceed.
 
Step 2:

Include the Household Information and Medical & Emergency Information.

Add/update parent information - please include correct email address.

Add the children you may wish to register. Or update from previous years if they are already in the system.

Print the Liability Release and complete. The Swim Team Liability Release needs to be mailed or dropped off at Andy Chan's home at 6318 Auden. (We must have this to consider your registration complete)

For Swim Team: You must also sign up for at least 2 volunteer positions. Please check your calendar and add these dates to it when you are registering.  If you realize later that you cannot honor your volunteer time, you are responsible for finding your replacement AND notifying Jackie Sharbrough (Swim Team Director) of the change.   Jackie.Sharbrough@yahoo.com

Step 3:
Register each child by clicking the registration link for Camp or Swim Team next to the child's name.
Please be sure to "Edit" the profile of each child from previous years so that we have their correct size of t-shirt for this year.
 
Step 4:
Swim team notes: To order the pizza party, swim caps and extra t-shirts
Visit the Special Purchases Page for event tickets and special items like additional t-shirts or swim caps.
Remember each child will receive a free t-shirt with their swim team registration.  Use the "Special Purchases" tab to sign up for the Pizza Party, order any extra t-shirts you may want, and to order a swim cap.
 
Step 5:
Finally, go to your shopping cart and pay.
 
YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED UNTIL YOU CLICK ON THE SHOPPING CART AND PAY. PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT TO VERIFY THAT PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED AND PROCESS.
